I am a local boy, born and raised on the westside of Los Angeles. From an early age, my family’s focus on the value of honest competition, teamwork, and genuine compassion for others inspired a joy for hard work, respect for community, and service to others. As a young man, I attended Loyola High School, where I captained championship football and volleyball teams while leading in the service work synonymous with the school’s Jesuit traditions. This formative experience taught me the value of commitment, perseverance, and humility that define the man I am today.

I continued my academic and athletic journey at Harvard College, where I earned my degree with Magna Cum Laude honors while being team captain of the varsity volleyball team. My adventure there took me to travel extensively in Central America as part of my studies in Mesoamerican Archaeology. That work abroad was used as research supporting my senior honors thesis.

After graduating, I began my professional career in commercial real estate development at Majestic Realty Co. in City of Industry, CA. There, I served as a Development Partner and Director of Capital Markets gaining invaluable experience in the world of construction management, capital markets, and real estate development. My path then took me up north to San Francisco, where I founded the development arm at West Valley Properties in Los Altos, CA further honing my skills in the real estate development field.

For the past 17 years, I have ventured out on my own as a residential real estate investor and licensed broker, developer, and general contractor. My specialty lies in custom residential remodels and ground-up developments from concept design through architecture and engineering, entitlement, permit processing and construction services.

My expertise is rooted in the depth and diversity of my experience across real estate, design, general contracting, and construction. I approach every project with discipline and clarity, bringing together vision, organization, and technical knowledge with strong leadership and project management to guide each phase of the construction process seamlessly from concept to completion. Above all, I am devoted to creating meticulously crafted, thoughtful spaces that enhance the lives of those who inhabit them. My work is a reflection of my dedication, care and passion for my work, and the joy of doing what I love.
